Nymbols
Nymbols is the studio name for the creative duo Bill and Sam Cass. They met at Massachusetts College of Art and Design in 1986. It didn't take long for Bill to get Sam hooked on riding and racing bikes, and they have ridden thousands of miles together since. After leaving school, they both started careers in footwear design, and have worked for Converse, Avia, Nike, The North Face, Merrell, Keen, Puma and Brooks. At the same time, Bill has published more than 150 illlustrations for print and posters. Sam left corporate life to become a Faerie Goddess mom and raise their two amazingly talented children. She continues to consult, doing graphic design while exploring being a maker of all things. Her passions include Costuming, Jewelry, Theater, Art Dolls, Fiber Arts, Painting, Leatherwork, and whatever else sparks her interest.

Leather Mask Making
Sam and Bill teach leather mask-making classes for groups of 5-20. They have created custom masks for professional theater and dance, in addition to selling their independent works.
